Through these sessions adults can help children and young people aged 7-14 to develop awareness of:
- what helps people develop healthy relationships with others
- what they can do to foster respect for others in their relationships
- what they could do if they are worried about a relationship
- the services and role of Victim Support.

The sessions are flexible and you can use parts or all of them to fit in with your own work with children and young people. They can also be used in conjunction with other healthy relationship resources.
