Yes to Peace (Y2P) art competition
We've launched an exciting new art competition in London for 11-18 year olds. It's your chance to use art to show that talented young Londoners oppose gun, gang and knife crime.
Why should I get involved?
- Young people are too often portrayed negatively in the media.
- This competition challenges these stereotypes by celebrating the talents of young people through art.
- We want to raise awareness of the effects of crime on young people and help improve these services for young people by raising funds for new specialist training.
- With your help, we want to recruit 500 volunteers to support young victims and witnesses of crime.
How do I get involved?
- Register your interest in taking part
- Create a photo or two dimensional (2D) piece of artwork depicting your interpretation of the theme of peace.
- Send us your finished photo or piece of 2D artwork by 7pm on Friday 8 October to the email or postal address below.
