If you've been a victim of crime and would like our help there are several ways to get in touch:

Contact your nearest office. You can get the main contact number for your area on the In your area section of our main site. Click on the map or choose your county or area from the list to get the phone number. Or you can see the complete A-Z contact list by county.

Contact the Victim Supportline. They'll give you information and support over the phone and can direct you to your nearest office. Call on 0845 30 30 900 or email them now.

Police referral. If you've reported a crime to the police you can expect to hear from us within a couple of days. If you told the police not to pass your details on to us you won’t hear from us, but if you’ve changed your mind you can contact us anytime.
Remember…
You don’t have to report a crime to the police to get our help.
The crime that has affected you doesn’t have to be recent. You can contact us days, weeks, months or even years after the experience.
We're an independent charity so you can talk to us confidentially without involving the police or other parts of the criminal justice system.
